Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using OptiMac, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

OptiMac is licensed to you, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on your Apple devices in accordance with the Mac App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Monthly / Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Lifetime access is a one-time, non-refundable purchase.
• Free trial: The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle payment information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

OptiMac is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we take care to identify only safe-to-delete files, you are responsible for reviewing items before deletion. Always maintain backups of important data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OptiMac, including accidental file deletion.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app
• Using the app to delete files belonging to other users without authorization
• Attempting to circumvent the in-app purchase system

7. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
