1. Introduction

OptiMac ("we", "our", or "the app") is a Mac system cleaning application developed by Orhan Kılıç. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use OptiMac.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

OptiMac is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, transmit, or store:

• Personal identification information
• File names, file contents, or directory listings
• Usage analytics or behavioral data
• Device identifiers or IP addresses
• Crash reports sent to our servers

All scanning and cleaning operations are performed entirely on your device. No data leaves your Mac.

3. Local Data Processing

OptiMac reads file metadata (size, modification date, path) solely to identify files eligible for cleaning. This data is processed locally in memory and never written to an external service.

4. In-App Purchases

OptiMac offers subscription and one-time purchase options via Apple's StoreKit framework. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. For Apple's privacy practices, see apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Permissions We Request

• Full Disk Access (optional): Allows scanning of protected folders such as Application Support. You grant this voluntarily in System Preferences. The app functions without it.
• Photos Library (optional): Used only to analyze duplicate or large photos. No photos are uploaded or shared.

6. Third-Party Services

OptiMac does not use any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks.

7. Children's Privacy

OptiMac is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
